This is one of my favorites especially when my body is calm but I am not on the inside as far as my heart rate and my mind. This calls me in my core Center and my mind calms my breath as well

I never realized my relaxation has a lot to do with my diaphragm and this meditation helped me realize I had so much tension in that area. After the video, I feel so much more relaxed all over my body especially my diaphragm and I’m more conscious about it☺️ Thank you very much!

Sara, I love this breathwork even though it is a tad bit harder for me to hold my breath because of having a shortness of breath at times. i have been listening to your meditations for over a year and feel completely Blessed by your knowledge, wisdom and healing abilities.
