I’m 27 hours into a 36 hour fast and the hardest part is behind me because I’m headed off to sleep. This is my first 36 hour fast in 2 1/2 years and I’m getting back into it because of your videos. Thank you!

Just ended my 3rd 36 hour fast. Three Mondays in a row. Feeling proud of myself. My sugar cravings have significantly decreased, but not gone. Hoping to get there soon. My goal is two 36 hour fast in a week. Thank you Mindy for educating us. I am from Manila, Philippines 🇵🇭

I understood why i got diabetes. Eating throughout the day without discipline and eating late nights for years and years. Trying to correct it with 36hrs fasting. Thank you for educating us ❤️

Just ended my 36 hr fast!! I feel good and my stomach isn’t feeling hard and bloated anymore. Lol it was actually easy lol

I just did 22 hours fasted breaking past 3 days and my fasting and blood sugar is going down ! So is my weight . It’s been very easy to do and I’m sleeping better ❤

Post Thanksgiving feast and in an extended fast. 36 1/2 hours so far. Best tool for a reboot! I used to do 3 day fasts, but much more difficult for me. 36 is easy and seems to be the perfect fasting window. Shed 21 pounds since August simply fasting.

I DID IT! 🎉 I did a 38 hour fast on day 16-17 of my menstrual cycle. I felt a bit weak here and there, but I think I need to eat more good fats with my last meal next time (next month.)

So glad to know this. I don't eat sugar foods nor do I use the toxic oils but maybe I am having hunger issues during the 36 hrs fast because of stored junk. I'll keep trying. Thank you!

I just did a 48 hour fast..It was easy...I broke it with an avacado..Going to have some bone broth and saurkraut ..Thanks to you and your break fasting regimen the food you suggest is right on point..Last time when I just ate the breaking fast food I did not get sick or have bad runs etc..

I did my first 36 hour fast only due to the reasons why it is good. When u know ‘why’ than is a lot easier your ‘how’. Thank you dr. Mindy. Best regards from Croatia ❤️

I did 2 36 hour already… could have gone longer if not for a party and the avocado after 24 hours really helped

Hi Dr. Mindy, I am on the first day of doing your recommended 30 days of 36hr fasting with 12hr eating windows in between. Been meaning to do it for some time now and my body definitely needs a reset. Dealing with psoarisis, overweight and will officially be in menopause come December so need all the help I can get! Thanks for your knowledge, inspiration and encouragement!! :)

Finished a 40 hour fast today. I used to fast regularly and kept my weight off. Decided to start back. So 40 was great and I really could have went longer but had a luncheon. I'm ready to do omad for a awhile but will do this until I get these 10 stubborn menopause pounds off.

Doctor, i work hard 6 to 8 hours per day....sometimes at night, i need energy to stay concentrate and quick. I can eat less....but i'm afraid i' won't make it!

Dr. Mindy, should we do this 36-hour fast weekly and/or switch it up throughout the month with 72-hour fasts and intermittent fasting? I love your content ♥️♥️♥️

Mindy great advice and information as always. I practice it and will continue to practice it two to three times a month. I just feel better when I'm fasting. question, can you elaborate on blood results because blood glucose was in the 80s, I'm getting ready to do the A1C at home. however cholesterol was elevated and I don't want her to write a script. thank you
