Do 36 hrs fasting twice a week. Then OMAD in between. 3 days water fasting. In total I am down 40kg from December to now. No more high blood pressure. No more cholesterol no more body ache. I love walking so much. I feel young. Fasting saved my life and health

I fast for 48 hrs. Water with electrolytes. My vitamin pills and more water. Thats it. Repeat monthly. Ive lost all of my love handles and my body doesnt ache everywhere anymore.

I did a 21 day water fast at a retreat (supervised by a nurse), it repaired all my organs. Six months prior to the fast, I read all the books/info I could find. It will help you understand the symptoms/reactions of your body so you don't panic. I did the fast about 30 years ago. I'm 62 now. For your info, in my readings it was suggested that you solve all your emotional trauma before the fast. Also, to eat a clean diet two weeks prior to the fast. But, from my experience, I would eat a clean diet 6 months before the fast (this will help to clean at the cellular level) and continue the clean diet after the fast. This is not for everyone. For me it was a good experience because I was serious about it, i was well prepared. I was only hungry for about 1 day and for the rest of the 3 weeks, my digestive system was feeding on the toxins in my body. By the way, you don't need to do a water fast to cleanse your body, you can eat a clean diet (90%) for the rest of your life. And slower your body will cleanse itself. PS: 6 months after my water fast, I did a 10 day juice fast to replenish my body with vitamins/minerals, to avoid being vitamins depleted.

I just did my first 36 hours fast but i pushed it to 40 hours because i wasnt hungry and felt really energetic and great. I love this intermittent fasting

Currently on my 72 hour fast. Type 2 diabetic. Started Sunday 7/7/24 @ 8pm. I will end today 7/10/24 @ 8 pm. I did my research added salt for mild cramping. At the moment feel Great! I OWN MY BODY, MY BODY DOES NOT OWN ME. !

On January 1st I started a 40 day fasting. I eat once a day but only small and light meals. I will do the water fasting next week till the end of my 40 days. I started because i was diagnosed with endometriosis and was in so much pain for months last year. Now i am pain free and I work out every morning. I feel amazing.

Just finished a 36 hr fast, here’s how I like to do it. Eat last by 8pm Day 1. Day 2 fast all day. Day 3 end fast at 8am. Day 1 = 4 hrs. Day 2 = 24 hours. Day 3 = 8 hrs. Total = 36 hours. I prefer this as I get two 8 hour sleep periods. More rest (healing) and less time conscious to contend with hunger pangs. So asleep about 16 of 36 hour window. I’m trying to build myself up to doing a 36 hour/12 hour fast/eat for a week for health benefits. But can’t go too quickly as I have had issues with gout attack when I fast for too long or too close together. It’s a work in progress. Best to all.

I do 36h fasting every week I experience only positive effects: better sleep quality, more mental and body energy, more performance in the gym, less inflammation, more flexibility and mobility, etc.

I did one-meal-a-day(OMAD), 22-hour fasting for 90 days; then I ordered my blood test.. My triglyceride went from 225 down to 87.
The next day, I decided to go for a 3- day fast. I kept my exercise routine walking 5 miles a day.
I had my last meal friday at 4pm. Today is Sunday and it's 7:17 pm. And I am still not hungry. I feel so strong I am thinking of adding another day. But I won't. This is my first time going through a 3-day long fasting. It's a lot easier when your body is used to OMAD. After this, I'll switch to a 20-hour fasting for 3 months.
Thank you doctor. My next blood test is in 3 months.

Having never fasted, then fully fascinated by the process, I then tried.
I felt great then not, headaches then not.
At the end of it, 3 day water fast, I felt wild, I felt fulfilled.
My eyes are really white, my skin feels really great- I’ve a sense of “beaming” like I’m alight. It’s weirdly spiritual but very welcome.
Super disappointed to be bald still, lol!!!
