150 Reps Per Day
3 Sets x 50 Reps
1-2 Mins Rest Between Sets
1 Rep = Straighten Right, Straighten Left

Very inspiring, i was doing these for like 5 days but only 50 reps a day and i stopped cuz i wasnt feeling or seeing results but now im gonna try 150 reps a day like you are. Thank u for this

Great exercise, amazing results. I have NEVER been able to touch my toes, I've always been at least a foot away from being able to do it while my hamstrings are burning. I'll definitely give this exercise a try.

Should you even be doing this daily? I started feeling a slight pain in like my hip joint to hamstrings area so I stop till its gone

What was the knowledge behind this excercise? Where did you learn about it etc?

When you were first doing these, where did you feel the stretch? In the back of your thigh, or ever right behind the knee? I ask because I often get nerve tension right behind the knee when doing stretches like these. It's hard to feel the stretch in the right place because I end up stretching the nerve instead of the muscle. Loved the video anyway. It's great to see the progress that can be made in such a short time.
