Types of Planks | TOP 20 for an Insanely STRONG CORE
In this video, I am going to show you the TOP 20 types of planks that will strengthen your core to a whole new level.
I show you all the amazing different types of planks from beginner level to highly advanced, so everyone can pick a couple and try them out for themselves. As a general rule and if you have been following my content, you know that I don’t leave anybody out, so there is always something for everybody.
Practicing different plank variations is highly recommended because different plank types offer different benefits that will help strengthen your core from all angles.
Remember, I don’t expect you to try and implement all 20 types of planks. I want you to pick 2-4 different types of planks and implement them in your daily ab routine. If you can at least implement the plank variations I show you in this video 3 times a week then I have achieved my goal with this video.
I recommend you do one to two types of plank variation in a workout session and hold it for 30 seconds to 1 minute for 3 to 5 sets. Do that 3 times a week and I can promise you, you will see results as long as you stay consistent and keep that diet in check.
The types of plank exercises I show you in this video will help strengthen your core and tone up your abs. Plank with shoulder taps is an example of a plank exercise that will help you not only strengthen your overall body strength, but it will also force you to stabilize your torso as you are performing this plank exercise due to the movement of your arm while holding the plank.
Implementing at least a couple of the different types of plank exercises to your training regimen will undoubtedly help tone up your abs and help you strengthen your core to a whole new level.
Try out different types of plank variations and see which one resonates with you more. Also, depending on which muscle in your core you are focused on, different types of plank variations offer different muscle focus depending on which one you choose.
I have also added different types of planks for beginners, so that way this video suits all levels.
