The developer put a lot of they time into the game and still put a tiny detail that no one even care but they do.
You know that rockstar game really love they game and make they as hard and as detail they can do just although the player not know about it. Such a great all they care is GTAONILINE...

It's interesting that the hands showed up as cold at 3:58 when the Vago did the gang signs, possibly even deeper details meaning those are cold signs of pride, violence and intimidation.
