In WCTR (West Coast Talk Radio) a caller claims he's going to commit suicide by jumper (character claims he's in Verdant Bluffs, u know around where we discover the Green Saber) and the DJ blows him off "Next Caller!". Drive around the area (I forgot where) and an old white shirt will fall off a building dying on impact lol. I came across this encounter first THEN I heard it on the radio (then I put 1+1 together). Might be a once-per save file event too, who knows

If I am not completely wrong the cliff overhang at 5:40 is used in one mission where you are chasing down somebody and you need to drive under the overhang and there are guys firing from the cliff gap toward your vehicle, if I am not completely wrong it is one of the missions where you rob a bank

The Drive through confessions reminds me of Saints Rows forgive and forget. A drive through curch where you lose your wanted level

At 5:05 this location is actually used in one of the missions given by tenepenny in las venturas if we follow the guy in the helicopter till the end the guy will land on the roof of this building and then after some chase he will come to this location where FBI ambushes us

there's also a hidden tattoo shop with exclusive beta tattoos not found anywhere else. You needed a series of noclip cheats and the jetpack to get to the interior. The shop itself was intended to be in San Fierro as I recall.
