Thank you ever time that you spend placing the videos there really helps cus I had stroke 2019 my whole right side was effective so I'm walking now but I need a cane and this week I get my afo I hope I can walk better but I need a therapist for my arm praise God that there I someone like you to help people 🙏buy buy

I had my TBI in 1987, thank God I was only 19, it’s been a challenge everyday of my life. Dr. Tara you are amazing with all your knowledge and info you give. I didnt😮have no internet at my injury time. If you had brain injury knowledge and repitition is your best friend ❤.Blessings and determination to all those out there.Your healing never stops, don’t stop learning!

Thank you Tara for sharing all the after stroke Rehabilitaton, especially this one on creating stability in the shoulder girdle by maintaining the affected shoulder /arm in external rotation as you move the arm in flexion, abduction, diagonal reach…it makes a great deal of sense…since you’re speaking my language I’m a Pilates practitioner and a Clinical Exercise Physiologist. I had my stroke in February, 2023 and my worst biomechanical challenge is my frozen shoulder 0 my left hans spasticity…(my hans is open and I can use it to perform daily duties, but it gets more spastic (tighter towards evening) and it seems that it got worse in the last couple of months…why?

I'm a year into recovery and I can attribute that to you. My leg is 99% I might not be able to run but honestly I never could. My arm is still very weak hand is basically stuck closed but you keep me trying thank you for everything

thank you for your videos they help me out i had my stroke on 7/10/2019 was a 100% wheelchair but with p/t and watching your videos and determination i am walking with a cane yes i use a AFO brace & a knee brace but i am determined to get better

I'm a stroke patient. I hv problem with my right arm. Whenever I raise my arm it starts shaking. Mam videos are so useful, so I want to ask u to suggest me some exercise to bring stability in my arm.

I had a stroke November 1 last year. I had this problem. Pain. While. Working range of movement. I developed a movement l call the umbrella. Also another. Circular movement l call the train. While. Laying on your side. .informative. 😎.
