You can't get rid of LOOSE SKIN! Let me prove it,

Look at the back of your hand (where there's usually no subcutaneous bodyfat),

Then pinch or pull up the loose skin with your thumb and index finger,

Now, do you see that? Actually, saggy SKIN is only 0.10 inches THICK!

Now when you grab anything thicker than that (on your arms, belly etc.) you're also grabbing extra FAT.

@AdrianBryant to get rid of any fat pretending to be loose skin on your stomach or anywhere else.

Thanks man. Recently lost 80 or so pounds and was concerned about my mid section since it's still a little flabby. Looks like I have 10-15 more pounds to lose around my mid section... and yes it is very good news.

Thank you for this video. I was worried about my lower belly looking like it sags, scared that it is loose skin after loosing 90 pounds in about 5 months. I can finally see my 4 upper abs when flexed.. but still have a long hard road left to go.

Thanks. I was very worried because this last week I noticed my stomach has gotten bigger but it's like really weird because it feels so empty underneath the fat so I thought it was loose skin.

Before I got series about body building I saw this video of Rob Riches (old video now prob 15 years old) and he was talking about training abs and he pinched the skin on his abs and it blew my mind how he was stretching out that thin looking skin, I have never been there but it’s very impressive to see
