In my first career, I was sad to realize that the most successful people in that career got to where they are (or maintained their positions/statuses) by refusing to admit to their mistakes and instead blaming the people "below" them. Lots of projection. I couldn't believe it! I'm changing careers to nursing for many reasons, but one reason is that I feel like in healthcare, it's not as easy for people do do things like that. Would you agree?
