I totally agree with the sleep schedule. I have several illnesses and still get up and go to bed the same time. I rarely nap. I've also found to avoid anxiety keep off Facebook and try to do real world things.

4. Oversized Ambitions ( replace your lofty Oversized Ambitions with smaller more concrete goals )

Goals are important. Sleep schedules you talked about I agree with. I rarely eat fast food. I try to eat healthy, exercise, and keep focused on things.

Interesting post. Honestly tho, I feel it's more complicated than that. Sometimes people do "wait" and patience hugs their soul for the proper path before diving into situations they shouldn't dive into. It's not being lazy or afraid. It's about individualism. Different people have different paths. It's different for different people. But I know you mean well and agree with a lot of the advice. Peace and love

I love this video, it helps us recognize bad habits in our lives so we can make something about it. We deserve to live well and happily. Quiting bad habits help us with that goal. We need to be intentional about the change that we want in our lives and we don't have to do everything at the same time, but "line upon line" (2 Nephi 28:30)... "by small and simple things are great things brought to pass "(Alma 37:6)
