I’m enjoying many of your workouts. Thought I’d share a tip I learned from a physiotherapist years ago. To stretch the bicep even more when doing the stretch against the wall, start with your thumb pointing down as you turn away from the wall. It’s amazing how much different it feels with just that small change.

Besides doing a good workout, I improve my English. I like it hearing your explanations and advices. Gentle voice, good accent and clear pronunciation. I can follow your instructions easily. I do three of your programs here. I am 71 years old and most of the 15 minutes cardios and strengthen training are just fine to me. I started about two years ago with senior sessions, nowadays I am able to perform a heavier ones (not too heavy thou)

was searching for weight lifting full body workouts, hasfit ended up being the best, was searching for warmups before workouts, also hasfit was the best, was searching for stretches after workouts, and u guessed it hasfit was the best

Thank you for these wonderful workouts and stretches. As someone over 60 who used to be athletic but has let work take over everything in my life, I am just starting to realize how critical it is to get back in shape now so I am able to remain mobile and active throughout my older years. I've spent hours trying to find videos that were do-able but effective and yours is the first I've found that I can do yet were still challenging. I can't thank you enough for your generosity in making these available.
