Great story. I'm 75. In 2020 I went keto for 18 months after my doc at the VA told me if I didn't change my lifestyle I'd probably be dead by 74. I switched to carnivore in Oct of 2022. When I started I weighed 254 pounds. I also had a myriad of health issues. Today I weigh 165. My blood pressure is normal, I'm no longer prediabetic, acid reflux is gone, my auto-immune rashes are gone, and I feel great. My diet is butter, eggs, meat, bacon, salmon, shrimp, crème fraîche, salt, water, and coffee. Occasionally, I'll eat a handful of blueberries or put hot sauce on my eggs. Keep up the good work...

That is Amazing. I started low carb in 2016 at 620 lbs. Went from low carb to keto to ketovore to now carnivore. Haven't been very consistent but still have made progress. On 8/14 I weighed in at 416 lbs. After a couple weeks eating bad. Decided to buckle down. Today 8/18 I weighed in at 397. Down 19 lbs in 4 days. 😊🎉❤

New subscriber here. Trying to convince myself to start carnivore. I’ll be 40 and I’m 300 lbs. I don’t have a family, but that’s always been my goal and prayer. Thanks for the video!

I need these videos. I am on day 21. I am struggling to stay on this diet. Having trouble wanting to eat. Finding it way to plain and having wife and kids eating SAD around me makes it harder.
Starting weight was roughly 283lbs. (January 16th I was 296 lbs) I was 264.6 lbs this morning. Thanks again for the video

Here’s a tip; buy beef from a farmer. In the fall we grill (actually we cook over a fire) steaks and hamburgers to about half done and put them in the freezer in meal portions. Then all winter long we can get them out and finish them in the crockpot and BOY ARE THEY DELICIOUS!

Your words really resonated with me. I had to find happiness in other things than food. Somehow something just clicked with me last week and I’m one week in to my carnivore diet and it’s been fairly simple so far. Really hope I can stick to this and see results as well.

This video is what made me start my journey. 3 and a half months deep of 3 eggs in the AM and one ribeye at 1400 and nothing else but water and electrolytes and I am 30 LBS down so far. My body has been stubborn at times losing weight but eventually it goes down. I do go to the gym 5 times a week. Light weights and 30 min cardio sessions.

New Sub. Very well done video! Thank you! I'm 50 yrs old, type 2 diabetic, high BP and I’m 6’2 300lbs with abt 80-85lbs to lose. I'm starting Carnivore tomorrow June 3rd. My plan is to incorporate IF/TRE (the 36 hr protocol) into my plan since I've had great success in the past. I'll also continue strength training 2-3x wkI. I really fell off last year after getting laid off and going through a dark valley. So your message about learning to not use food as a source of comfort truly resonated with me. I have to admit that's been my reality. I'm hyped about the next 30 days and beyond. Thanks for the inspiration!

What I like about this is you aren't being crucified for the garlic, hot sauce, etc. Some people have a meltdown if you aren't 100% carnivore. My opinion, if little things like that help you maintain the "carnivore" diet, it's significantly better than most other ways of eating. This is basically what I've been doing for around 7 months. Good job, man. Keep it up.

Thank you so much for the.mind shift comments. Looking at something as being deprived instead of getting healthy is a huge gamechanger. Very inspiring and congratulations to you.

Thanks for the encouragement about not letting loose skin hold you back. I’ve lost a 110lbs on keto and my loose skin has been getting me down. I don’t have free time for myself to workout, unless I do it at 11:00 at night, yes bedtime is my free time. Either way your video made me feel better.
