Listen to me... You’re doing great right now. Just let this float away on its own. You and I will do this together . Don’t resist it, just imagine you and I are going through this together. We’re all here with you right now. Concentrate on you and I working together. Keep in mind I need you through this as well. You’re doing great. We’ll wisk this thing away in no time. See it’s already evaporating. I can hardly feel anything anymore. You did awesome! I love you! There you go... the emotion you’re feeling right now is your body releasing all that pent up anxiety....THIS emotion is good...let it all out...

I had a stressful period sleeping only 2-3 hrs a night, waking up without an alarm

i get really nervous about not sleeping and it’s gets bad, when i don’t get sleep i feel horrible and sick and my anxiety gets very bad too. I also have very bad fear of getting sick and with the thought of having or being sick makes me feel 100% and i am trying to get in a routine but it’s so hard with school. I do have a question to is it ok to read before going to bed?

i started sleeping with brown noise on (a type of white noise) and its been helping me shut out my thoughts bc i just try to focus on the sound instead :))
