I’ve been watching your videos for a while now, and I wanted to finallly leave some feedback. You have helped me so much with yoga. Its sort of a lost art and has been appropriated in ways that made me stay away from it . I stayed away from something that is a part of me! Thank you for helping me bring me back to myself. I appreciate your no nonsense approach and the lack of chatter that usually goes along with yoga videos I’ve filtered thru. Because of your straight forward style, I can focus . ALSO I love that you remind us to accept where we are and to slow down if we need to, sometimes I want to give up because I feel weak but I always find a video of yours that helps me get back on track. I’ve been doing your yoga routines at least 3 times each week for over five years. I do this one weekly (with some modified and more challenging variations.) You are helping to keep this 68 year old veteran upright and moving. Thank you.

This single workout is my all time favorite. I’ve slightly modified it for me to increase my heart rate. I follow this one with your ab intense burn workout. I finish the week with one of your 30 minute power yoga workout. I’ve been doing this routine for over 4 years. (The other two days of the week are aerobic followed by a strength (weights) workout on Sat.). I’m dong good for guy not too many years out from hitting 70 years old. Thank you as it has increased my flexibility and strength as a disabled vet.

I’ve been practicing your videos daily for over 2 months now, and I’m hooked. You are my favorite Yogi on YouTube; I love the clarity of your instruction, and the way you show it’s okay to “not be perfect”, using your own self as an example. Straighten my top in the middle of a workout?! Nooo, that would interrupt the flow and would be wrong and — oh wait, Sarah Beth’s doing it, I guess it’s okay 🤪. I’d like to suggest a “Yoga for insecurity” video... there are some days when a Zoom mtg doesn’t go well, and ... you know. Feelings 🥺🥺🥺. I’m seriously considering joining your tribe — you really rock at this ! Thank you for bringing this serenity to us all, it’s definitely necessary now 💖🙏🏻💖
