3:53 after doing many researches i found out why CJ is always vibing. Its becoz he has a small device in his ear that plays levan polkka all day, so he just vibes to levan polkka all day. Mystery solved.

And actually, it's been confirmed by developers that the 'ghost cars' were literally bugs in the code haha. It would register as if it had a panicked NPC inside causing it to drive rapidly and sometimes chase the player.

Dude the ghost graff is not a glitch the def edition is bugged, there is no diff between day and night. The ghost graff is not the only thing broken because of that, in og stores close at night and open at day unlike deff edition. So the ghost graff was real and now its bugged.

2:57 it’s a bug, the cars spawn at that coordinate in the map with no driver. They’re meant to be stationary, but physics + hills = ghost car.

I think the ghost graffiti is simply bugged in this release. In every other version of San Andreas, it only appears at night. With how many other things were bugged in the remaster, I think it's a safe assumption that they also screwed up the graffiti.

I dont think ghost graffiti is any easter egg, you probably noticed that textures of every house changes in night. Like we can see lights on buildings during night time in gta sa but actually it was just a textures. So maybe mistakenly rockstar wrote families 4 life in d nighttim's texture but forgot to write in day time's texture
