My theory on the Prey mystery is that it was an old public access show that a developer thought was crazy and just wanted to throw a little easter egg in there. Then, the original creator of the show reuploaded them on YouTube later on. There are a lot of channels that have their old public access stuff uploaded to them.

Im sure someone said this already but in the Thief Simulator one, I do believe it's a "demonic doll" I say this because one time while loading the map the game gave me a "tip" saying there's a hidden demonic doll somewhere in the map, im guessing that's what that is

Morgan Blackhand isn't just the creator's GMPC but also the guy they originally wanted Keanu to play before he wanted to be Silverhand. Honestly feels like a fitting parallel if Mr Blue Eyes is essentially a puppet agent for Blackhand as V is to Silverhand. Would also fit all those old gman theories of him having some sort of relation to Gordon.

For DBH, the 'god' of the game is called RA9--and we never learn who it is or what it is, but their markings are usually surrounded by birds, particularly pigeons. I highly doubt the 9 in RA9 is for September, but who knows. It was never explained.

The "Morgan Blackhand" hair mesh on Cyberpunk could maybe be explained as repurposed unused content indicating Blackhand was part of the game at one point, but after getting cut, they used his hair style for Mr. Blue Eyes. The other possibility is that they just named it like that because it looked similar to Blackhand's hair, but this is less likely.
