This is a great bodybuilding kettlebell exercise if you are doing kettlebell training at home.
The focus is on Hitting the upper clavicular pec region with heavy kettlebell half-crush goblet presses.

This is not a full-motion overhead press. If it is able to fall on top of your head..... it's wrong.
The elbows should not go outward during the press more than a couple inches.

And yes... you COULD use dumbbells as well . It's actually great with a 60 to 100-lb atlas stone!!

I have been doing this move for my upper chest for 4x15 with a kettlebell, like you mentioned in one of the comments and i really can see some major improvements in the muscle grow in this hard to hit area. Many thanks for showing this move for us kettlebell trainers.

this exercise i inhale to keep rib cage open. its also called anatomical breathing. since its a submaximal load i do not need valsalva maneuver .
