Some morning I use a cup a greek yogurt with a scoop of whey or a cup of oats with a scoop of whey when i wake up, with a cup of coffee. Keeps me full for 3 hours until I get to eat breakfast number 2. I dont have energy to make breafast at 5am... lol

First and foremost great content bro. Just curious, some protein powders contains some white/ crystallised particles in them. Is it good to consume it. I’ve read on the Internet it’s some sort of protein spiking technique. Maybe you can do a video explaining that. Thanks once again!

How do you know you are allergic to whey protein? Ive been using whey protein the past month and I've noticed a couple of times my stomach hurting about an hour after I drink a shake and I'm not sure if this is the reason.

I'm trying to slim down (140lb, 5'5" around 22% body fat--- wouldike to be around 18% bf and 125ish) and then tone up. Would I need to use protein powder post-workout? I have no allergies, issues, diet preference, etc. Thanks!

The reason why they are called supplements is because they supplement the food you eat. You can not always get everything u need just from food. That's why you supplement the food you eat with vitamins, protein, and other supplements.

protein is the key build block to gain muscle. No protein= no muscle increase. i didn't take any supplements for my year and a half of working out and i saw little increase in mass growth. Tho my muscles were developing and looked more toned, but, when i started taking protein powder (specifically whey). I saw huge protein in like 2 weeks. so in conclusion, i believe everyone that's serious about getting in extreme shape and building muscle should take it. Btw check out my channel nigghaaa

people always making shyt complicated for themselves....just eat whole foods ... especially POTATOES...chicken..veges .. fruits and your fats. ETC ETC ETC...YOU GET THE SOME COMMON SENSE...
