Younger generation is spoiled and have entitled behaviors

We can't even get applications for jobs that pay 65-70K in a small rural area.

I have worked in HR for 15 years as a HR Manager..and what I will say is that these younger candidates want more money and flexibility when they DONT have the experience💯...We understand inflation but the work ethic of younger candidates are lacking also.

Younger candidates think they are owed something.
Start at the bottom work yourself up.

I believe companies have hurt themselves by groveling.

I see many companies incorporating automated systems into new construction.

Many jobs will never be available.
