Meanwhile the real unemployment is close to 35 percent if you used the 1980s method.

The unemployment rate does not take into account the people that completely dropped out of the job market.

It may not be as bad as the Great Recession of 2008 but it is still pretty bad. I really have to wonder about that 4.1% 0:10

I finally got a interview scheduled and on my birthday 🎂 at a waste water plant for my city. I was not the first pick I was rank 23 but it took two months for me to get a email back. It’s tough choice now though because my position is now paying 16 dollars more.

I have applied for over 100 jobs in the last 90 days and still no call backs or jobs. Time to send some more stimulus money or extended EDD longer. God bless.

Eh after seeing older people work their lives away & either die before retirement or are so beat up they can't enjoy retirement I decided I'm not being part of the rat race.

Not slowing down, catching up with what Joe Biden has done. Most presidents need a second term to continue their policies. There are several infrastructure projects still in the pipe which will create more jobs. But you want to be negative so of course you would go with the slowing down. Unemployment is low. You need a work force to fill jobs.
