Anyone that tells you AI is going to replace engineers has never seen the code generated... It's definitely helpful but you have to understand the code being generated to correct it.

as someone in IT i hate this shit. we have so many unsupported applications in our environment because the shit got deployed then layoffs hit and now some random update bricks the application. with no programmers we have to find really shitty unstable ways of making the apps work.
