Yoga for a Stubborn Anterior Pelvic Tilt

I keep coming back to this topic because I know sooo many of you feel like you struggle with bringing the pelvis to neutral. An anterior pelvic tilt is super common in our culture, and it can be tough to pinpoint exactly why it's happening. A physical therapist can pinpoint why it's happening for YOU, but if you're troubleshooting on your own, I'd suggest trying the exercises we do in this class. They target areas we often overlook when sorting through this postural imbalance, and I think they'll help a lot of you! Remember that consistency is key with any plan of action. It's insanely rare for something like this to be solved in a "one and done" situation, so try this one for size for a few weeks and see how it goes. Enjoy!
