How my body changed after I stopped being vegan & started eating high quality animal foods…

If you've been following my stories (see ‘Hormones 4' highlights) you know i've been sharing all the changes i've noticed since incorporating high quality nutrient dense animal foods into my diet. I've been feeling so good and have SO MUCH MORE to share but let's start here!

What I've noticed:
- WAY more energy

- Satiated for hours
- I dont have to eat every 3 hrs anymore! And when I am hungry i'm not HANGRY like I used to be. My blood sugar, energy levels, mood are SO stable. 🙌🏾 I feel super satiated eating animal foods. I'll talk more about blood sugar balance in future vids (a MAJOR component to hormone balance!)

- No bloat & fatigue after meals 

- No more 3pm crashes

- Firm/well-formed 💩
- No longer deal with consistently loose stools which was a huge problem when I was on a strict plant diet (too much fiber!)

- Lighter/shorter periods
- still premature but i’ve noticed this for 2 months in a row. It’s still mad heavy day 1-2 but gets consistently lighter after day 2 (its usually up and down) and ends at day 5 (usually have to wear a liner until day 7). So this is major for me. I have to see how this month goes but im so excited and hopeful bc hormone issues have been my MAIN health problem for ages. this could be happening because im getting more iron!? I still gotta get tested in Aug but my dr suspected I have heavy periods bc of iron deficiency. isn't that wild how a *deficiency* in iron can LEAD to heavier periods?! 😳

- Less stressed bc its SOOOOOO MUCH EASIER & QUICKER TO COOK + EAT NOW! 😭🙏🏾
- you ever cook eggs?! it literally takes like 2 secs. sounds funny but i legit couldn't remember the last time I cooked an egg before this year. i used to make carton egg whites (booo) for a long time and that was like almost 5 years ago. WILD.

14 years vegan myself, still vegan - best thing I ever did.

I became vegan and on a plant-based diet in Dec 2018 and for the last 4 months I’ve been trying to eat regular foods and everytime I eat them, I always get a headache that last 2/3 days straight and I have menstruations 🩸 pain and get sick all the time so I think I’m gonna stick up with the veganism diet and plant based cause I feel sooo much better/no sickness/no pain /no fatigue/no cramp and no breathing problem.

The problem is you weren’t eating for nutrition, just eating anything that says “Vegan” on it is not gonna feel good. I feel bad for everybody trying to go plant-based now there’s so many vegan gimmick foods and Misinformation

totally respect that <33 i found all of these benefits happened when i became vegan- my skin improved/concentration improved/mental health etc too but i think it's different for everyone

Hey I was vegan for a few years but due to some challenges in my health, I lost too much weight I looked unwell. I'm now pescetarian again, I've gained healthy weight and I can feel my body healing.

Been vegan for 3 complete years now. Never felt better. :) Higher energy, increase in muscle mass (obviously going to the gym too), increased testosterone :D and more happiness in general. Maybe it's different for all but minimizing cruelty and advocating on kindness be it towards humans or any other sentient beings/ animals is the way to go regardless of anyone's opinion.

But being Vegan is not an obligation, we should include both, Vegan and a complete diet 😄 People who go Vegan is because they want, not because it's the best way to live 😃 In my case I'm not Vegan, though I consider a whole and raw food diet important, as we know like vegetables and everything else 😁

I have to keep in mind that the body does not heal so quickly. I'm going to keep eating high quality meats it's only been 2 weeks for me

If you follow the Bible, Yahweh is very specifice about meat and what meat we can eat and how to kill it and prepare it. The Bible also says that once Yahweh has declared something (i.e. meat) to be good, it is wrong for ANYONE to say it be bad! EAT YOUR MEAT!

I always feel most energized and healthy when I remain strict in my Vegan whole read food diet. She was likely not eating healthful foods. Potato chips are Vegan after all

How did you start eating meat again? cuz I heard that some are getting sick after eating meat.
