L hygiène semble totalement inexistante ici qd on voit l état du bassin reniforme on est horrifié on sait que l enlèvement d un bouchon de cérumen ne doit pas être fait de façon stérile mais doit respecter des règles d hygiène élémentaire matériel désinfecté après usage lavage des mains etc ici c est répugnant
