But these ear cleaning tools being advertised on TikTok might be even more dangerous! These could rupture your eardrum, damage your ear canal, cause a serious infection or worse! Avoid these and ask your pharmacist or doctor for advice about dealing with earwax.

I use those and it's the best ear ckeaning i've ever had, especially when the wax is literally blocking my ability to hear. I can't go to the doctor every time I need a clean ear.

It's best to not take out so much earwax (unless your getting hearing problems from it) because earwax keeps bugs from getting inside ur ear

I got a pack of these. The actual issue is that the metal scratches up your ear. I have scabs all inside my ears now and i can't help picking them 😭

The spring works for getting the wax out of the initial part of your ear. If you have wax like mine, that gets dry and crusty, it really helps with breaking it up.

My ENT says to use hydrogen peroxide pour it into the ears let it fizz and then use a tissue to dry any excess. I’ve been doing it for years from his recommendation

Just use earwax remover with a beaker into your ear. Than wash out with water and beaker.
