Considering my research, it is the most useful to sleep in nighttime. between 11 pm and 2 am, our body excrete a hormone, which makes us energetic, productive, alive, fit when we wake up. considering this is great to sleep between 23:00 - 05:00 everyday. can i get the same use if i sleep between 4 am - 11 am (which i have to do it because of my job) everyday, with a earplug, sleep mask, black curtain, quiet room? another question: does my body excrete this hormone when the room is dark?
