its literally impossible to lose that much fat in 2 weeks, you likely just lost water weight and will gain it all back. to even lose 1lb of fat a week you would have to cut calories drastically, fair enough if you have an event or something but this does not work long term

As a personal trainer there are too many calories in your'e diet and too much carbs and no protein. Vegan food contain so much carbs and sugar like chick peas, lentils etc
And also too many snacks
Rather opt for full fat yoghurt with no carbs instead of carrots etc
Any animal protein like lean mince or chicken breasts and eggs should be you're snacks inbetween meals. You will also loose a lot of weight if you do OMAD. I have put all my clients on this programme with HITT
The progress is amazing
