You made it look so easy. I made it before I saw yours. Mine was very flavorful the sausage was not in links but a package that was already season and I just browned it made the gravy separate I was afraid to have it too lumpy then I mixed sausage into it and I got lucky it was good. Will use your recipe next time for sure.

Just made my famous buttermilk biscuits for breakfast this morning. I love sausage gravy! I used to use Jimmy Dean sausage but now I use Tennessee Pride. It gives off a little more grease and to me it’s just more flavorful. And don’t get me going on the black pepper! More peppa equals more betta!!! And I like my gravy consistency just like you do. Not too thick not too thin. And by the way I just went back to your very first video and started watching from the beginning. 😮 😂 I was dying laughing! Our personalities are so similar.
