looks like your oven could use a little bit of tlc. Place a smal deep baking dish in your oven with one cup of vinegar and 1/2 cup water and set your oven to 400° for 40-45 minutes. When you get all the gunk off the bottom, place a dollar store oven liner on the bottom...it will save time on cleanup. This is good to do even if you have a self cleaning oven....just rememver to remove the liner and racks when you use self clean.... my tenant did not know this, which is why I am telling it.
