You're teaching us to use self control. That's incredible. I know it's a struggle, but if you, yourself, can stay in control, then you will become strong and obedient and know how to manage yourself better.

That’s really great advice. I often feel guilty in my cut if I go over my calories for the day and used to just feel guilty and think that since I already messed up then I should just keep eating. But the healthiest relationship with food is to know that it’s okay and you still have control.

Spitting facts! This technique has helped me a lot. Another important thing is if you say screw it and go ahead with eating everything humanly possible then do not get into a guilt trip. Accept it and move on with the new day with the goals set up in mind. Everyone misses the marks sometimes and all we need to remember is it is OK till we do not make it a regular self sabotaging process.

Since you’re giving diet advice may I recommend a acid exfoliation and sunscreen skin routine sir? I can clear that adult acne right up and heal the scars too

i see people getting larger and larger every year myself included obviously because of eating till satiated but not counting calories. i am on day 16 of calorie counting with an emphasis on a healthy balanced diet, (though im still not counting macros at this point)
and it is very hard to do and not so pleasant. it is at 2500 calories per day and i am still not certain if that is the maintenance or not but a logical place to start.

i feel like my mans was a fatty like me, i couldn't control myself and taking it one day at a time not restricting myself and staying in a deficit will work for me in the long run! love the content

I've always wondered though, if you are at your caloric target for a day but then you get home at 2am and are hungry, should you have a bowl of Greek yogo or just drink water and force yourself to sleep?

Errrr when I fck up my diet, I dont go 500 or 1000 calories over, I go like 8000 for that day xD

Tuesday i ate 3800 cal and i still managed to lower the avg and enterign the weekend for 2000 cal and thats the numb i need for losing weight you can have a break for a day but u need to recover for the rest ot the week
