Hi Jessica, I hope you know what a HUGE impact you make with your workouts! I started doing yoga with you from the 6th month of my pregnancy, and now working out whenever I can (and whenever my 2-month-old baby lets me do so).

Awesome little workout that had me breaking a sweat. Thank you for these videos. As you know, being a mom to a newborn doesn’t give you much time to get in a long workout so these short but effective workouts are so awesome!!

Would you ever consider making a workout and stretch video for sacroiliac joint pain? I had this throughout my pregnancy, especially while exercising, and it still flares up postpartum (I’m 8 months postpartum). Id love to see a postpartum as well as a pregnancy version!! 🫶

love your post partum video . i am a mom of 4 pregnant 8 w with 5th. do you have videos to strengthen pelvic floor and keep belly in as far as i can? my pouch is out already and my pelvic floor weak. THANK yOu
