►1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter
►1/4 cup shredded mozzarella (low moisture, part-skim)

Optional Fillings:
►Fresh Spinach, chopped
►Sautéed Mushrooms
►Crispy Bacon, chopped
►Sautéed diced bell pepper and onions
►Ham, diced

Optional Toppings:
►Chives or parsley, to garnish
►Salt and freshly ground black pepper
►Baby tomatoes halved
►Avocado, diced

They all look delicious...my favorite is cheddar, mushroom avocado, the avocado gets so soft and mushy inside the (yeah I did that to myself and now I'm hungry) 🍳😁

When I was a short order cook back in the day we always flipped them with a flick of the wrist. We did overeasy/medium/hard eggs the same way. It was impressive lol. I just use a spatula these days because I use my mom's old (and HEAVY) cast iron skillet. It's seasoned like Teflon and is one of my most prized possessions 😊

Never had much luck flipping an omelet but yours look beautiful. I use ghee instead of butter. I think it doesn’t brown as fast as butter so my omelet stays nice and yellow. Also I do not flip. I like green pepper, onion, cut up andouille sausage, and cheddar cheese!

My omelettes are the best! I add a splash of cream to the eggs, a dash of garlic powder, salt and green onions. Then you add the desired garnish/fillings. For cheese I do it with cheddar and some finely grated feta for an extra oumph! So delicious!
