Extra tips! For the egg to be more fluffy add in some milk! And if you don’t like the raw texture of the things you add in you can sauté them for a couple of minutes!

Crack 2 eggs in a bowl, add big heaped tsp Tumeric, some chilli powder & black pepper & 4 tbls of water, then whisk & pour into lightly oiled non-stick pan!

Method 1. That is the saddest looking omelette I've ever seen 😂😂😂

Method 2: holy fuck they're both SUCH SAD LOOKING OMELETTES AND THEYRE MOSTLY DONE RIGHT, HOW ON EARTH XD this one's even browned!

For what method 2 shows specifically SLOWLY PUSH the cooked egg to the other side of the pan, DO NOT stir/scrape like this shows. FOR A GOOD OMELETTE:: And for egg prep, whisk your eggs a lot more (you can add a tbsp or so of water to the whisked egg and seasonings too, it fluffs it up a bit and makes the egg softer). Add toppings AFTER you have flipped your egg (if you aren't flipping your omelette PRE folding you might get runny bits in the middle, flip to finish the middle, then fold in half or tri). Medium high, pour, wait for the bubble up, push cooked to the side while tilting the pan ever so slightly, and push slowly back and forth until the uncooked runny part doesn't pool at the bottom, then flip, add toppings, fold. Ta dah, a not sad and fluffy/soft looking omelette that tastes divine
