Cheese Omlete (3 eggs 3 slice cheeder salt & pepper) with Cheese Grits ( butter, salt & pepper ) and Natural Turkey sausage with a tad of mable syrup. ❤❤❤

Oh and bullet proof coffee ( French press ) Ghee and Vinallia Stevia

This is the highlight of my day every morning.

I do plan to add some ham and mushrooms ( sauted first of course) to my cheese omelette.

You haven't truely lived without a good omlete🙂
