How Long Should No Contact Be?

In today's video, we are going to learn how long should the no contact last. Tip number one is to wait 3 weeks (or 21 days) because there are a lot of scientific studies that it takes that long to create or adopt a habit. Therefore, you have to wait that amount of time before talking to your ex. On the flip side, there are situations where you have to wait longer than that. But why? Because during that time, people were chasing their ex or trying to communicate with them or get their attention in some way. We need to balance the length or duration of the no contact.

Its also important to know this: its all based on your story. If you're relationship was new and there was a lack of attraction, you're no contact shouldn't last too long. I've been talking to this girl for three weeks. I called her, and she said she'd call me back but never did. Hi thanks for the encouragement.
My ex and I met after 2 months of NC; I contacted her and we talked about the separation; she was open and it seemed we were okay from wot she told me. We met again on val’s day to have dinner and exchanged gifts. From that onwards; she don’t call or txt if I don’t initiate.
I asked her why is it that and only to be told, she is struggling and there’s no or less attraction. I decided to go for my stuff and did hand her key to her. Also I returned all her gifts she bought me.
I hugged her and kissed her on the forehead and wished her all the best.
Did I close the door of her coming back or was the right thing to do as she was okay to put me to friend zone and with benefits.
Now in NC for a week now and she watches my status everytime I post. Where do I stand;
