my FAVORITE Song Workout so far!

This workout trains our core muscles: abs, side abs / obliques, lower abs, as well as stability, balance, shoulders & arms.

I came up pretty quickly with a routine to "Own It". For the other Song Workouts it took me at least 1-2 hours, but this one matched nicely within 15 minutes :) hope you like it too!

A "Song Workout" fits to a specific song and is similar to a small "choreography". This means we are not doing 30s per exercise - we are doing a new movement as soon as the beat of the song changes.

1. You can find the names of the exercises at the top right.
2. You will need to PAY MORE ATTENTION. There are no beeps that will tell you that we start with a new movement. Either watch the video 1x before joining me or keep your eyes on the screen!
3. Just have FUN. In those 3 minutes it's all about getting into the mood to do a proper workout, get a good burn and enjoy some nice music.
4. A quick song workout is always a good idea :) you can do it in the morning to kickstart your day, as a warmup before a more intense workout or on its own for a quick burn.

I’ve been doing this exercise on and off for about a month. I FINALLY did the whole thing without stopping. Not trying to brag but I’m j so proud! I struggled sm to get to this point

During quarantine, not being able to go to the gym, my abs and other body has become so much stronger thanks to you! I have been using your videos for many years now, I didn’t use them that much for years, but absolutely love your videos. They are hard enough, easy to follow(for me, have been doing gym and excersises from 13years, now 17) and I love the music choices! When I was at the gym, I neglected a lil bit my abs, I still did them every week but now just doing your (ab, but also other) workouts, I can do your killer workouts without unnecessary breaks! I also managed to be at the same speed as you and without breaks for this video! Thank you so much!
