Did this the past few nights and sleep is noticeably better! Woke up awake after 7 hours instead of being tired still after 8+.. save the phone use for the rest of the day. It can wait!

Very active with sleep disorder. What helped me most is having a blue light filter (name:twilight) enabled during 1 hour before I wanted to go to bed which really helps if I need to check something.
From personal experience, planning out when you want to go to sleep for your sleep schedule is a very good way to get be satisfied with your quantity and quality of your sleep.
