Very inspiring video! I learned the following (notes for myself):

1- Have a plan (block time and have a goal either long and/or short term)
2- Know how you feel (it's about awareness so practice meditation and FBR method if you're a content creator)
3- Stop multitasking (finish A, then proceed to B)
4- Take breaks (focus for 52 minutes and rest 17 - or just focus until you loose it - deactivate notifications)
5- The golden trio (Diet, Exercice and Sleep became like a cliche - focus on the hardware before the software)

Great video, I really think *people underestimate* what a good night of sleep can do for your focus and motivation, forget all that discipline malarkey. If you want to be disciplined, be rigid with your self care!

Your videos have been some of the most helpful of all the YouTube videos I watch while trying to learn how to run a Youtube channel. I got your book on audio, listened to it, then bought the hard copy because I want to read it again and be able to mark the important passages (it's more fun that way!) Thank you for the encouragement and help. To improve my ability to focus, I'm going to try and use a time and work intensely/take a break idea.

The contents of this video were so simple but enlightening. I immediately started making plans and notes on how I am going to implements of the awesome tips you shared. My most favourite has to be the hardware thing -> Diet, exercise, sleep.

Next step taken: Set up a dedicated g-calendar for health, and blocked designated time for the trio actions: exercise, sleep & food prep. Thank you. this is incredibly helpful and SO CLEAR.
