Welcome to Advance Answer. My name is Leah and I'm a Nurse Practitioner that loves to inject Botox.

Another question I get is how should I sleep after Botox? Well, hopefully you'll sleep great because, you know, you're going to get a smooth face. But you can really sleep in any position after having Botox. But you should avoid lying down flat for at least four hours following your treatment. You also want to avoid getting a massage where you're putting your head down. We want to keep you get the most out of your Botox treatment and keep those Botox right where we placed it and not drift to different areas.

We recommend that you don't lie down for four to six hours. Lying down too soon increases that chance of Botox migrating.

My journey as an injector in aesthetics started actually in Cairo, Egypt, when I worked with a plastic surgeon.

So this has been a continuation of a dream of mine to help women and men feel their absolute best inside and outside.
