Health has been a critical component of the connection for me, I have personally gone both directions with regards to my health and experienced being amazingly connected and in a state of nirvana regardless of the outside world but then I have also been utterly disconnected and in a state of misery, it would be wonderful if more people talked about this key component of awakening, every change in this 3D requires a transfer of energy in our case effort, my health has been impacted by many things, substances, processed foods, other peoples energy, my own negative thoughts and behaviors, the western model of living that I’ve built my life around, my own laziness etc… basically awakening needs to be earned the hard way through going through the fires of life and paying attention to the perceived outcome then making adjustments to the inputs to adjust the 3D outcome. Don’t take my word for it figure it out in your own way but please remember your health is a critical component of truly connecting.

Thank you for your love for your brothers and sisters. You are on the right path when you realize there is a greater reality than what most see. Your higher self is like a plant, you must fasten yourself to your higher self and then grow it and grow it. I live a greater reality, I see into the other realms of life on this planet, I speak to them face to face, they are all translucent light and many are far beyond anything we the humans understand. To those making comments about reading books know you’ll never find “your” answers in any book you are the book. Go within and through the emotional plain to open the heart portal.
Go to each charged memory of the past and balance each to integrate the liberated energy.
Balance enough charges and the construct of self collapses first then expands.
This was my path.
I used to read a book a week but when I went through I experienced the knowing and I haven’t read a book since. The knowing brings gifts and access.
Find someone with the problem you wish to solve and open the channel in service and behold what comes through.
It’s not an intellectual process it’s a journey through the fog of the emotional plain.
