8 MINUTE PLANK WORKOUT | Low Impact | Great for Beginners | No Equipment

Low impact workout, which is great for beginners or an easy day! We'll do a slower variation of each plank workout, so that you can get used to these movements and work on engaging the right muscles (especially your core).
This plank workout that will only take 8 minutes of your time every day. You can do this workout right at home - so no more excuses for not having the time to workout or being unable to go to the gym! :D
Although we will be doing a slower variation, that doesn't mean it won't be challenging. You will be engaging your abs and using your arms and legs throughout the workout, which will help you get a nice full body burn and tone up.
If you are a complete beginner, just try doing the first half of each plank exercise, and continue or rest depending on how you are feeling. Simply work your way up if you can't hold any exercise for the given time.
REMEMBER: YOUR FORM IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE DURATION!
It is all about the progression, so please DO NOT be hard on yourself if you cannot do this the first time, it is all about getting stronger!
I would suggest to try and do this plank workout everyday or a minimum of 4 days since it is low impact and only 8 minutes long.
