Also I was wondering about cauliflower and broccoli and asparagus I also wanted to ask you about shellfish like crab and lobster and shrimp and then are you able to eat a little bit of butter or honey? Also I eat a lot of cucumbers and pickle because every jar I've looked at his they don't have any calories so can you eat dill pickles. But I really want to know what you think about the cabbage soup? I'm going to work here's the deal with tomatoes are you able to eat those or are they a bad thing? I absolutely hate tofu a can't even handle it in my mouth it's so nasty but can you make a little stir fry with some of those vegetables without getting them cooked too much and using a little bit of olive oil. White rice really???? it has a high glycemic index and breaks down quickly in the gut. The sugar from the rice then reaches the bloodstream relatively fast, which can cause a spike 60–90 minutes after eating.
