Couldn't have timed it better, bought a swiss ball yesterday (still in the box) this has just motivated me enough to inflate it and get to doing this workout the second a finish writing this comment.

Particularly like the roll back and pikes (0:23) as it's good for both abs and upper body. I also find the swiss ball useful for single leg hamstring curls (which i uploaded a video of just this evening :))
