The Workout: 10-12 Reps 3-4 Sets

Question: is it a problem if the ball is too inflated and my legs are not parallel to the floor on the 1st exercise?

I just inflated my ball, but it pops out when I’m trying to roll it I’ve fallen down twice 😅

You're not doing the roll outs the right way : your pelvis is not tilted backwards enough
