Time for an ab workout with the good ol' stability ball! It is such a handy, inexpensive piece of equipment that can really increase the intensity of your workouts! By adding instability to certain ab exercises it forces you to activate your core and other stabilizer muscles that often don't get used. I love using it in ab workouts for a serious burn. Grab your ball and follow along!

I used to teach Pilates and a variety of sports conditioning classes and I have taken lots of online workout classes for myself- I think this was my favorite format I’ve ever taken! It felt very efficient and the perfect amount of time transitioning between exercises. I get distracted easy with lots of talking but I felt focused and the time flew by! So happy I found you!

Yeah, finally a new stability ball workout!! Was so psyched, when i saw it in the may calendar, that i kept refreshing YouTube today every hour and here it is, perfectly in time for a after-work sweat sesh!

Oooh, yay, a 30 minute ab workout!! I can't wait to see how it compares to Heather's OG 30 minute ab burner, which is my fave ab video ever. I'm so excited to do this I might not wait until tomorrow lol. Thank you, Heather! 💛

Okay, just finished and wow! this is intense! I'm definitely going to need practice on those mountain climbers. The sequencing is so good and makes transitioning to the next exercise easy and smooth. Love it, I'll be doing this one regularly!

Stability ball!!! Yes!! I have missed this tool. I hope you can do more, maybe a mix of ball and other things. Would love to use it more and especially for core work. I really feel it. Oh and great workout. The last section was the most challenging today as I had already burned out my upper body so I love the extra push and challenge ! Thank you
