I would lift 6 days a week while bulking. Went from 180 to 215 in 4 months. I was just doing a 2.2 mile loop 2-3 times a week to make sure I wasn't getting slow. Was still running sub 12 at 215.

My hs XC season just ended and now I’m building up the mileage and adding in 2 leg days 2 arm days and a core day to my training. Didn’t really do great in XC but this track season is going to be epic

With the running, won't it cut into recovery of the muscles after the resistance training workouts?
