All are saying that they are already slim he have to make videos with people who are really fat the fact is that in South korean all these girls think they are fat already and most of them doing workout here from a long time that's why they are already slim .

I started it today and I'm going to do this for 3 weeks.. So, here's my progress..
Day -1 Done.. Sweats a lot but enjoyed it😊
Day -2 Done.... Sweats a lot... 😅
Day -3 Done... Little hard😖..
Day - 4 Done.
Day -5 Done... My stomach hurts😢
Day -6 Done...
Day -7 Done.. My stomach and neck hurts😵..
Day -8 Done... My whole body sweat💧 😅
