What's a healthy food that you enjoy eating? Me - I've been loving root veggies lately - beets, carrots, parsnips, etc. Also, the wide variety of winter squashes - especially in soups.

I found a local source for microgreens, many varieties - I have been using them in everything! Purple kohlrabi microgreens are my fav!
