I have been doing your exercises for two months and I see great results. My weight was 60 and now I am 57 (not a significant decrease, but I see the change in my thighs and abdominal muscles) + I hope you will do more exercises for calves (I have muscle hypertrophy in this area) + I love you very much 🫶🏻
